This separate consent covers publication under Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and is recorded when a profile is published.
1. Operator
Operator: ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ "ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ СЕКТОР ГЕЙМС".
2. Data covered
Only information entered for the public profile is covered: public name, company name, description, city, categories, channels and approved links, audience metrics, collaboration terms, images, portfolio, products, news, and verified reviews. Email, drafts, messages, project files, complaints, and support requests remain private.
3. Purpose and access
The data is published on WeCollab for business-partner discovery and may be viewed, copied, or indexed by an unlimited audience. The operator cannot control copies created outside WeCollab.
4. Term and withdrawal
Consent remains effective until the profile is hidden or closed, consent is withdrawn, or the account is deleted. Hiding the profile stops further display by WeCollab, although third-party copies may remain outside the operator’s control.
