User Agreement
Version dated 29.10.2026 · 2026-10-29
This agreement governs use of WeCollab, a platform where creators and companies find and manage collaborations.
1. Platform role
WeCollab provides tools for profiles, discovery, agreed terms, projects, messages, and reputation. The operator is not a party, employer, client, contractor, payment agent, or guarantor. Payments and barter are handled outside the platform.
2. Accounts and authority
- Users provide accurate information, confirm their email, and protect account access.
- Company representatives confirm that they have authority to act for that company.
- Account transfer and attempts to bypass platform restrictions are prohibited.
3. User content
Rights remain with the rights holder. Users grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically reproduce, and display content only as needed for the selected WeCollab features. Users are responsible for the content and third-party rights.
4. Collaborations
- The parties agree deliverables, deadlines, revisions, compensation, taxes, and intellectual-property terms themselves.
- A payment report by one party is not confirmation of receipt by the other.
- Each party assesses its own tax and Russian online-advertising labelling duties.
5. Moderation
The operator may review materials, request clarification, restrict features, hide content, or block accounts for violations of law or the Platform Rules. A keyword match alone is not a final violation decision.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by Russian law, the operator is not responsible for user actions, external resources, lost profit, or settlements between users.
7. Changes and termination
The current version and date are published here. Material changes are communicated to registered users. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion in settings.
8. Governing law
Russian law applies. Before litigation, a claim should be sent through the Help Center or operator contacts. The Russian text controls if translations differ.
