• Pornographic or other adult content and related offers.
• Illegal goods or services, fraud, advertising-law evasion, threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, and malicious links.
• Using “Other” to bypass restrictions.

2. Review

Ambiguous content is sent to human review. A word match alone is not a final violation finding. External links are reviewed separately, and link approval is not a reliability guarantee.

3. Advertising and rights

Users assess and fulfil Russian online-advertising labelling and reporting duties. Third-party content, personal data, and trademarks require an appropriate legal basis.

4. Measures and appeals

Measures range from clarification requests and content removal to feature restrictions and account blocking. Affected users may submit evidence and appeal a decision within 14 calendar days.
